RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT: The following is to indicate that River View Golf Course and the Orange County Golf Academy,
the owners and all personnel conducting the Summer Golf Cam are to be held totally free
from responsibility, personally and legally for any injury incurred by a camp participant while participating in or viewing camp activities (golf, lunch). 
In case of emergency, the Orange County Golf Academy has my permission to seek medical attention on behalf of my child. 
I have read this agreement and agree to all of the stipulations
